AGISTMENT AVAILABLE – The most Shady Property in the City
Agisted horses have 2 paddocks available to them during summer and can go out as often as the owner wants. Horses must be stabled during the night. Injured horses may be an exception by consultation. During the winter months, one paddock remains open while the other is rested until spring. Horses can go out as often as owner desires, for one hour periods during the day.
Tack rooms are the largest around and agisters’ buy feed by the truck, which saves at least 50% in cost.

Owners may choose any Vet.
AUTHORITY TO PERFORM
Owners are asked to sign authority to act forms relevant to the proper care of their horses in case of Veterinary emergency where the owners cannot be contacted for any reason.
Facilities equal any and all comparative Equestrian Centres around and are superior in terms of agistment paddocks, feed supplies, expertise of staff, and quality of arena around Golden Grove. A public car park is supplied as well as two on site float parking and storage areas at no extra cost. Two agister car parks.

LESSONS and INSURANCE
All pupils are required to sign “Waivers of Exemption” but not negate their rights at Law with regard to Negligence.
ROUND YARD (3 of)
All weather facility. Horses not to be left alone in the round yard and manure must be picked before the horse completes another lap.
Our agisters’ are a lovely bunch with no personality types present at this time.
Paddocks are Private and with their own Yards, Stable and Tack Shed, Lighting is Solar
