AGISTMENT AVAILABLE
Agistment $37.50
to $40 and $45 per week
Training of horses incl feed and care $70per day
Feeding on weekdays $1.10 per feed
Feeding on weekends $2.20 per feed
Mucking out on weekdays $2.20
Mucking out on weekends $4.40
Sawdust $2.20 Wheelbarrow
Shell grit $55 per six mths
Bond $50 refundable
Agisted horses have 2 paddocks available to them during summer and can go out as
often as the owner wants. Horses must be stabled during the night. Injured
horses may be an exception by consultation. During the winter months, one
paddock remains open while the other is rested until spring. Horses can go out
as often as owner desires, during the day. Feeding fees include us rugging for
you.
Tack rooms are the largest around and agisters’ buy feed by the truck, which
saves at least 50% in cost.
Rain Water for Horses.
VETERINARY
Owners may choose any Vet.
AUTHORITY TO PERFORM
Owners are asked to sign authority to act forms relevant to the proper care of
their horses in case of Veterinary emergency where the owners cannot be
contacted for any reason.
STAFF
John and Linda O’Leary are career professional trainers and re-educators. John
is also a farrier, horse dentist and consultant to Horselaw Australia. Linda is an
NCAS efa Coach.
FACILITIES
Facilities equal any and all comparative Equestrian Centres around and are
superior in terms of agistment paddocks, feed supplies, expertise of staff, and
quality of arena around Golden Grove. A public car park is supplied as well as
two on site float parking and storage areas at no extra cost. Two agister car
parks.
RIDING TRAILS
Golden Grove boasts great riding trails along the Cobblers Creek and Mike Green
Trail as well as open paddocks a few hundred meters from Gainsborough.
LESSONS and INSURANCE
All pupils are required to sign “Waivers of Exemption” but not
negate their rights at Law with regard to Negligence.

ROUND YARD (2 of)
All weather facility. Horses not to be left alone in the round yard and manure
must be picked before the horse completes another lap.
AGISTERS
Our agisters’ are a lovely bunch with no personality types present at this time.

O'Leary are $60PER HOUR(incl GST) or $40 half hour
Lessons with John O'Leary are $65 per
